Challenge: Furnishing the gardens of the Casa Convalescència building in Barcelona, one of the last great works of Catalan Modernism, declared as a Historic and Artistic Monument and World Heritage site. A great challenge and source of pride.
Solution: Having subscribed to the UN’s Agenda 21 programme, the environmental sustainability and communication criteria were critical when selecting GRISVERD’s range of urban furniture, with its elements made of corten steel with a recycled plastic cross-section, reducing maintenance to zero and minimizing the environmental impact without altering the mechanical properties.
